About the Role

As a National Recruiter at Adecco, you will support all offices in Sweden in their recruitment processes for clients through a central business support function. The tasks vary and include responsibility for the entire recruitment chain where you assist some of Adecco's largest clients in Sweden.

The work varies and it is important to maintain a high level of service both internally and externally. You will be trained in our delivery model to always stay one step ahead of our competitors while also focusing on helping our candidates reactively to their next career step.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire recruitment chain for recruitment, both Blue & White Collar
  • Search & match
  • Advertising and candidate assessment
  • Competency-based interviews
  • Candidate selection
  • Presentation of final candidates
• Participate in development projects for streamlining the delivery model
• Establishing and updating routines and structural capital within consultant recruitment
• Coaching and training of internal/external systems to internal colleagues

In the role of National Recruiter, you will work both with internal colleagues and directly with our key clients, which requires you to be solution-focused and flexible. About You

You are passionate about business and delivery with a focus on both clients and candidates! We are looking for someone with documented experience in recruitment for both Blue & White Collar.

You build trustworthy relationships, are business-minded, and have the ability to capture clients' wishes. As a person, you are responsible, work in a structured manner, and when necessary, you have no problem making quick decisions. We are looking for someone who wants to have fun at work and who gladly spreads their positive energy.
